DVLA PERSONALISED REGISTRATIONS SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT

DVLA Personalised Registrations believes it will set the record for showcasing the most items during the British International Motor Show.

While the world’s mighty car companies will be in force at London’s ExCeL, not one will compete with the 28 million personalised registrations instantly available at visitors’ fingertips as well as a daily car giveaway, albeit a remote controlled one, on stand N122.

Thanks to the fleet of advanced touch screens gracing the stand, show-goers have access to the immense catalogue of unissued registrations available from a fully inclusive £250. In addition, guests will be urged to take part in the DVLA Plate Chaser Challenge - arguably the most addictive on-line driving game of the year – with the fastest driver of each day walking away with a radio controlled 4x4 race car worth £150.

Jody Davies, Auctions and Events Manager for DVLA Personalised Registrations, said: “Thanks to the technology we’re able to showcase our entire on-line catalogue, effectively all 28 million personalised registrations available at the touch of a screen. No other exhibitor can top that, surely?

“Joking apart, we’ve really pushed the boat out to ensure visitors will enjoy a memorable show.”

For those left wondering just how quickly the Plate Chaser course can be completed, computer programmer Davinder Seehra is setting the pace with 42 seconds. However, he will not be collecting a prize as he works for the game’s developer.
