My Husband rang CarReg UK for a specific private number plate and he sent the money to request it. Jordan Whittingham contacted him to inform him that the plate he wanted had been sold. By no means was this Jordans fault as he had already checked on it twice and he was told that it was still for sale! He gave my Husband the option of a full refund but my Husband decided to let Jordan pursue any other plates that he thought that my Husband might consider. Jordan found him a plate that was better than the one he originally asked for! Jordan also ordered some 4D plates and they arrived the day after (23rd September).

The whole process from purchase of the registration to putting the plates on his car, Insurance, DVLA notified took just one day! My Husband has only got to wait for his new log book. My Husband thought it took weeks to complete! We cannot praise Jordan Whittingham and CarReg UK enough. Smooth process and excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
