A 1 - Issued 1903 in London. The first and possibly the most expensive number plate in the UK. Currently valued at £5m. Owned by Foreign Royalty and currently registered to a 2007 Black Mini Cooper, kept on an exclusive residential street in North London. The vehicle was actually SORN for around 10 years, so probably has very few miles on the clock.
