Return Policy

All registrations ordered online are reserved with our various trade suppliers and the DVLA upon receipt of your order request.  Your rights to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (the entitlement to a 14 day cooling off period) begin from the date or purchase.  If in the unlikely event the registration number has already been reserved or is unavailable we will contact you to advise of any similar alternatives and guarantee a full refund which will be made within 2 days.

Any part-payments made to secure a pre-owned (agency /commission listed) registration are deemed to be non-refundable unless for any reason we are unable to supply the item. If the physical number plates are ordered, these are manufactured especially for the purchaser and are personalised to your order, therefore the value of the physical plates cannot be refunded. If the plates are faulty or defected in anyway then they will be refunded or replaced upon request.

Furthermore, once the registration mark purchased has been assigned to a requested vehicle by CarReg or the purchaser, (even if within the returns period) it is then deemed to be ‘used’ and cannot be returned or exchanged from that point on.
