With nearly four decades of experience since beginning his career in 1988, Jason specialises in advising clients on the acquisition, valuation, and investment potential of rare and high-value registrations.

Jason has witnessed and helped shape the evolution of the number plate industry. From the early days of managing stock via A, B, C-style paper directories, he played a key role in leading CarReg into the digital age. He was instrumental in developing the company’s first online systems in the 1990s and continues to oversee its modern infrastructure — including content management platforms, multiple databases, and secure backup systems — ensuring a fast, reliable, and secure experience for customers.

Outside of work, Jason is a committed endurance athlete. His achievements include completing the Marathon des Sables — six self-supported marathons across the Sahara Desert — alongside numerous full and half-distance Ironman triathlons, ultra-distance runs, and long-distance swims. He also enjoys snow skiing and windsurfing.
