DVLA Number Plate Auction High Earners

The Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) hold several personalised number plate auctions every year, consisting of 5 Live auctions and 4 timed sales. Prices have generally increased each year so don’t delay, invest as soon as you can!

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, prices have soared and still remain strong now in early 2022. The public and Investors are clearly not deterred from purchasing personalised numbers. For many years it has been said they make ideal maintenance free assets for those with spare money, who do not necessarily want to use the registration themselves. Personalised registrations can be a sound investment if bought wisely. Like anything else, investments can sometimes go down as well as up, but history has shown most registrations have increased in value over time.
