I've lost of V750/V778 Certificate - What should I do?
First of all do not panic! You can request a replacement certificate directly from the DVLA by telephone by confirming your name and address details and if you have moved address you may have to prove that by providing some documentation with your name and new address on before a duplicate document can be issued. However, It’s a simple process and the new document usually arrives within a couple of weeks. Your rights to the registration remain secure throughout, as long as the certificate has not expired.
